Eugine Mukana Mukewa
Founder & CEO
Eugine Mukana Mukewa is a BCom (Finance) graduate from Multimedia University of Kenya, a development finance and financial inclusion professional with over 10 years of experience in credit, SME lending, portfolio management and financial services, and a Certified Data Scientist by IABAC.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Development Finance, complemented by training in Environmental Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Climate-Smart Agriculture, Water Management and Carbon Markets.
With a strong passion for climate resilience, environmental conservation and sustainable development, he is committed to advancing practical green solutions that create resilient livelihoods, empower communities and contribute to a greener future.
Technology & Innovation
Cynthia Kikechi
Head of ICT Department
Cynthia Kikechi is a BSc Computer Science graduate from Machakos University and a technology professional with practical experience in software development, IT support, digital solutions and user-centered technology.
She is a Certified Full Stack Developer from iLab Africa, with hands-on expertise in designing, developing and deploying responsive web and mobile applications using modern technologies and development frameworks.
She has developed and tested practical technology projects, including digital platforms for property discovery and community emergency response, demonstrating her ability to transform real-world challenges into functional and scalable digital solutions.
With a strong passion for innovation, technology and human-centered design, she is committed to leveraging ICT to improve organizational efficiency, develop accessible digital solutions and drive meaningful impact through technology.
